MAINTENANCE
SERVICE COVER
A full parts and labour warranty is offered for the first
12 months, after which you may wish to take out our Maintenance
Service Cover. Alternatively you may wish to pay on a call
out basis, whereby parts will be charged at manufacturers
list price plus our labour costs as and when required.
Maintenance Service Cover includes all required parts and
labour.
Our service control desk is open from 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday
to Thursday and from 9.00am to 5.00pm on Fridays.
If you encounter a fault with your equipment please call
our Service Desk on 020 8450 8070 your call will
be logged and passed on to one of our service engineers.
We aim to respond to all service calls within four hours
and all of our engineers have attended the machine manufacturers
training courses and carry sufficient spare parts to be
able to rectify the fault on the first visit in 90% of all
calls.
Regular preventative maintenance is an integral part of
Maintenance Service Cover.
Following a customer survey 70% of service calls were found
to be water related, we researched the problems caused by
the hardness of London water. As a result, we offer filters
manufactured by Brita which can be fitted to the majority
of our machines. By helping to prevent the formation of
scale they will substantially reduce energy costs, and maintenance
calls along with greatly improving the quality of drinks
- especially tea. Filters can be fitted and exchanged as
part of the preventative maintenance schedule. The cost
of replacement filters, billed separately is £85.00
per cartridge. Applies to Hot and Hot and Cold drinks vending
machines only.
