FULLY
MANAGED SERVICE
The majority of our customers choose to take advantage of
our fully managed service taking away from them the complex
day to day cleaning and replenishing of equipment and leaving
them a hygienic fully operational machine during their working
day.
One of our friendly team of operators with specific training
and knowledge of your equipment is assigned to the account
and will visit twice weekly minimum. All of our team are
trained not only in hygiene and cleanliness disciplines
but also on merchandising, customer care skills and first
line preventative maintenance.
Our Operations Manager carries out random spot checks on
all of our sites in order to ensure that our high company
standards are maintained at all times.
Communication within the team is extremely important. Since
most of our operating staff are not office based monthly
team briefings are carried out to provide a forum to discuss
issues which concern both our staff and our customers. An
important part of these meetings is our "Operator
of the Month" award whereby our top operator is
presented with a certificate and a bonus payment voted for
by our Service and Operating Managers. Then our "Operator
of the Year" award is won by the person who has
achieved the most monthly awards over a twelve month period.

Operated serviced customers are charged on a four weekly
basis for the visits, which covers the cost of labour.
There is an additional cup charge, which covers the cost
of ingredients used to make the drinks. A counter in the
machine records the amount of drinks vended and the customer
is then invoiced accordingly. For coin operated machines
we offer a service whereby the cash can be collected and
credited against the customer's account.
