BACKGROUND
In 1979
our Managing Director, Terry Ride, set out to establish
a company which would specialise in the provision of high
quality staff refreshments to commerce and industry. Academy
Beverage Company Ltd (A.B.C.) was formed and quickly
gained a reputation for excellent service and an extremely
high level of customer satisfaction. The directors and senior
management had all worked in the vending industry and were
determined to provide drinks systems which could be tailored
to the individual client's needs. A large and loyal customer
base was soon formed covering a wide spectrum of working
environments, ranging from small family run businesses with
a handful of staff to large international companies with
thousands.
At the
beginning of 2002 the Academy Beverage client list grew
still further with the purchase of the vending division
of Zepbrook Ltd. Following this at the end of 2002
QUENCH.ME.UK was launched as the new name of the
larger operation.
From
our base at Neasden, London NW2 we offer a wide variety
of equipment, ingredients and ancillary services. We provide
machine cleaning, filling and maintenance services throughout
the UK and Ireland. Flexibility, cost control, cordiality,
professionalism and honesty characterise our approach. Our
aim is quite simply to give you the very best in customer
service.
We are
a member of a national purchasing consortium and this means
we are able to purchase all of our products at the most
competitive prices - a benefit which we are then able to
pass on to our customers.
Customer
satisfaction is continuously monitored. Frequent customer
surveys are carried out and returned directly to the Managing
Director. Any problems arising are immediately addressed,
with our clients receiving feedback. This is just one of
the ways we work in partnership with our clients.
We
have been AVA
(Automatic Vending Association) members since 1980 and
are AVA
Quality Initiative accredited.
